At ICM, safety comes first. We are committed to protecting our employees, property, and the public by maintaining a strong safety program. Our management fully supports this commitment, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment while continuously improving safety performance.

ICM adheres to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, striving to exceed industry standards. Our Internal Responsibility System (IRS) includes project managers, superintendents, OH&S coordinators, office administrators, and workers—all working together to identify and eliminate hazards.

We believe in a collaborative approach to safety, fostering a culture of awareness and compliance. Our goal is an injury- and incident-free workplace, achieved through ongoing safety efforts. This policy aligns with, but does not replace, Saskatchewan’s Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulations.
